After raising 3 kids, working in a corporate world and transferring to Australia, I felt like I needed to do something more meaningful with my life. Having sailed as a young adult and around boats since I was 10 years old, sailing seemed a natural fit. As I get older, stress levels need to be reduced and there is a desire to lower my carbon footprint in my life. Who wants to live their life in a constant state of worry.

Living on a boat is not something that I would have considered a reality for me, but …. here I am living on a boat. In retirement this is giving me the chance to experience life from a different angle and so far loving it.
